Shipping & Refund policy.


Shipping is calculated on check out on all items except complete waterbeds that require us to obtain a shipping quotation for you to complete your order. All non bulky such as parts, conditioner and waterbed mattresses are shipped same or next buisness day with courier services or Australia post with the average Australia wide shipping time of 3-7 working days

Examples of shipping costs on complete beds;

Mr Waterbed ships beds Australia wide and some areas may require quotes for the cost.

Some examples of shipping costs on a complete bed are show below (Can change without notice, Always ask for a Quote), to ship parts like a heater of a mattress is much cheaper. Please feel free to call us on 1800 124 444 for a quote and advice;

Melbourne To Dandenong depot for pick up $110 to $160.00 depending on bed size and accessories. We can also arrange delivery to your door to any Melbourne suburb for an additional charge.

Sydney, Newcastle and Central Coast, to your door all Suburbs $220.00 to $330.00 for a complete bed depending on bed size and accessories.

Perth to your door all Suburbs $440.00 other WA locations average around the $550.00.

Mt Isa, Kathereen and Darwin to your door all Suburbs $330.00.

Adelaide to your door all Suburbs $275.00 to $350.00 depending on bed size and accessories.

Hobart $350.00. Other Tasmania areas require a quote

Cairns to your door all Suburbs $250.00.

Townsville to your door all Suburbs $240.00.

Sunshine Coast to your door all Suburbs $99.00.

Brisbane & Gold Coast Free Delivery to you or your freight company on all parts and beds.

Byron Bay & Northern Rivers includes Casino, Lismore and Grafton $110.00 to $190.00 depending on bed size and accessories.

Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will try to help.

What can I do if I purchased the incorrect size?

We always recommend to contact on 1800 124 44 or via email at before you purchase, if you have any questions about sizing. In the unfortunate chance you receive your parcel and the size is not right, we are more than happy to return the part within 30 days of purchase for a credit note which is valid for up to 3 years.

Please Note: Product with stain may vary and colour may differ slightly from photos due to lighting/monitor settings.



Can I return an item?

We are happy to accept your item for return if you change your mind or for incorrect selection of size, for a credit note. On the strict conditions:

  • That the item is within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product as new, not been filled with water in the case of a waterbed mattress and in original condition.
  • Item/s must have all tags still attached.

No returns on sale items, for change of mind.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return if you have changed your mind.

  • water pillows


How do I return an item?

STEP 1: include your name address and copy of the invoice with the return

STEP 2: pack your return up in the parcel pas delivered and label to as per our address below;

Signature on delivery is recommended and keeping your tracking number. We are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels.

What happens next?  Returned products are first assessed, you will then be notified when/if your return has been accepted. In most situations you will be issued with a credit note via email or a refund


I received a faulty item. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we are happy to help you out with a replacement or refund if the product you have purchased is:

  • If it is faulty and can’t be easily fixed or replaced.

The Mr Waterbed Team pride themselves in hand checking item and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you.

If you wish to return your product/s to change sizes or change of mind you are eligible for a credit only. Your credit note will last 3 years from the date of issue. You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Afterpay or ZipPay if the goods are faulty and can’t be easily fixed or replaced.

Do my payments stop if I return an item I brought on AfterPay or ZipPay?

You still have to continue paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away. Credit notes last for up to 3 years.


You may be required to verify your account, if our online support team contacts you. Remember this is for your benefit, to ensure your card is not used without your consent. If we discover anyone trying to use another person’s card or details without consent, we will not hesitate to report them to the Australian Federal Police.
