I have Fibromyalgia and Scoliosis which makes sleeping on normal beds far too painful and I also suffer from many allergies, so I have had a wonderful waterbed for about 30 years. Once you have a waterbed, you never want to sleep on anything else!
On Saturday afternoon I discovered a leak that I then couldn’t fix myself and Ben went out of his way to come to my house after-hours. My mattress, liner and heater were growing old and ended up needing replacing, all of which he could do for me at the same time. He also pumped the water out into a spare mattress and then into my new mattress, so that the water was saved and I had a warm bed to sleep on that same night.
Thank you Ben, for your excellent and professional service. I recommend you to anyone who is looking to get a waterbed or needs theirs fixing or replacing.

Thank you so much for your suggestion regarding the new gel filled twin mattress. Carol and I really have different requirements regarding comfortable temperatures and mattress firmness. This bed is just so perfect. We loved the waveless queen bed which is now for guests who seem to want to come back again. Most have never experienced a modern waterbed and are just as blown away as we were by the comfort of the bed and the soundness of the sleep they bring.
As I explained to you Carol always wanted the temperature just a few degrees warmer than I required so the individual controls on the new bed have made for complete harmony. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to share there bed with their loved one but still wants the perfect nights sleep.

Since having our waterbed installed, I can finally sleep on my back, which is chronically crook, and only wake up a few times during the night.
With the latex mattress we had, I was like a bloody rotisseirie in bed and probably woke every 20 minutes or so to change position, therefore not getting any quality sleep.
I had a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago and I am very pleased to have gotten the waterbed installed before the surgery, as I have had to lie on my back and can only just now lie on one side.
If we still had the latex mattress, I would be in the nuthouse from lack of sleep and in agony with my back.
I cannot peak highly enough of your fabulous waterbeds and particularly at this cold time of the year, it is so nice to get into and be warm all night. Our cats put their seal of quality on it right from day one and have been the professional testers ever since. Just as well we got a King size!
